I am so disappointed with this company in a whole after speaking with 4 different workers and getting no where. What I want to know is how can a company this big just not care of how they treat customers and how they can just cancel orders and make it seem like you have to call here and call there and ohh I can take another payment from you and ohh wait now let us send you emails about cancellations now that you called to check status. Then I receive an email saying I requested a cancellation of my product. I got so upset that I just hung up! I worked in customer service for several years and if I had an agent speak to a customer in the rude and unprofessional tone that supervisor Alissa did I would have made sure that she fix it immediately or she would have been packing up her desk right then and there! I ordered online on December 18, and made the mistake of paying with after pay and on top of that using MAC Cosmetics website. I was told by this supervisor that he did issue a refund and I would definitely get it back to the original form of payment in business days and to make sure that he was giving correct information he even supplied me with his first name and employee number and I have to admit I hung up feeling confident that I would receive the refund.
